I led the delivery of a custom R&D management platform for the Research & Development department of Swat Agro Chemicals, designed to replace fragmented, manual reporting processes with a centralized, role-based digital system. The objective was to improve visibility into field activities, technical trials, and decision-making across geographically distributed R&D teams.

Problem

• Daily R&D activities were recorded manually with limited visibility for leadership
